We've checked dozens of claims, including the Democrats' contention that the CBO said the plan would result in a surplus , the Republican talking point that President Barack Obama wants to provide pills instead of pacemakers , and that it would be like the British system where people are left to die if the treatment costs more than $22,000. (All three are False .)
