Promises about Transportation on Abele-O-Meter

Develop a plan to spend federal transit funds

Over the next year will "work with key stakeholders to finally develop a plan to invest $36.6 million in federal transit funds designated for Milwaukee County that have for too long sat idle as a result of partisan bickering."

Overhaul transit system to connect residents with employers

Will overhaul "the transit system to ensure residents without transportation are connected to the highest density of employers, as well as job training centers like MATC, MSOE, UWM and when possible, using smarter routes during shift changes and rush hour."
