Pam Bondi
Pam Bondi, a former Hillsborough County prosecutor, served as U.S. attorney general from Feb. 5, 2025, to April 2, 2026. In November 2024, President Donald Trump nominated Bondi to serve as attorney general after his original pick, former Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., withdrew from consideration. Bondi was elected Florida attorney general on Nov. 2, 2010, and reelected Nov. 4, 2014. After leaving office, she joined Ballard Partners, a Washington D.C., lobbying company.
